Explore our Amino Acid Analysis System, allowing analysis of physiological and hydrolysate amino acids using the same buffer system and separation column. This versatile instrument operates with or without an inert gas atmosphere and features a compact design with three individual units:

Main Unit:

• Utilizes two single double piston pump; each piston controls a separate fluidic line (buffer line and reagent line)
• Equipped with a column heating system; temperature range of 20°-100°C
• Temperature accuracy of 0.1°C achieved by PELTIER elements
• Includes a reactor for the ninhydrin reaction; temperature range of 50°-150°C
• Incorporates a maintenance-free Micro Photometer; wavelength options of 570 nm and 440 nm
• Features photo diodes as the light source (with a lifespan of up to 8 years)

Autosampler 96:

• Offers space for 2 sample racks accommodating 2 x 48 1.5 ml (standard) vials or 2 microplates (96-format)
• Comes with 2 included racks
• Cooling of racks to 4°C is achieved through Peltier elements
• Provides flexible sample dosage: 20 µl full loop or 1-25µl in µl-pickup mode

Eluent Rack EluBox:

• Positioned beside the system for convenient and easy refilling, without needing to access the top
• Contains 6 bottles, each with a volume of 500 ml
• Optional supply of an inert gas system
• Features an active degassing system

System Operation Control:

• Managed by an external computer and 32-bit operational software, iControl.
